Important changes to the East and West Suffolk referral pathway from 1 March 2024.

The Neurodevelopmental Disorder (NDD) Pathway (East & West Suffolk) aims to provide a clear and structured approach to support families who require assistance with supporting a child or young person with neurodevelopmental conditions, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Committed to working together with you and our service providers to ensure the best possible outcomes for your child or young person. This page will explain what the pathway currently delivers and includes new information around some changes to the referral and diagnostic process, as well as new resources. Please read all of the below information carefully before submitting a referral.
