Pro Corda provides music teaching and experience for young people with additional needs. Music Theatre weekend residentials take participants on a magical trip through musical theatre - from West End shows to Disney. Participants explore artwork in technical theatre, song writing, stage performance and vocal/instrumental skills with their specialists. Pro Corda focus on human development and social coming together, alongside the exhilarating performing arts experience and skills.
Pro Corda has pioneered an innovative life-changing course for children with Special Educational Needs, using the power of ensemble training to benefit personal and social progression. This programme serves SEN schools and units across the country.
Pro Corda has a belief in equality of access and opportunity in the arts. Their aim is to assist all young people to access, experience, and participate in the highest quality professional performances and music making opportunities.
Includes stage performance, creative music sessions, drama and creative yoga sessions, technical theatre sessions, production meetings and rehearsals.
