The fourth edition of the Preparing for Adulthood Transitions Guide is now available! With useful information in the areas of education, health, social care, money matters and more, this new version has been updated for 2024 to take into account changes in provision, new resources and feedback received from readers and previous versions. These new changes should further help parents and carers support their young person as they plan their journey into adulthood.
